There are two requirements for delivery:
Delivery rates are determined by the delivery address' distance from the store, rather than by the item weight. We will generally contact you within one to two days to schedule your delivery.
DC stocked items usually ship within 24-72 hours if all products in the order are available. For specific time frames in store please see your nearest associate to identify a date. For all online orders we will contact you within 24 hours for the next available delivery date
All Lowe's truck deliveries are curb-side only, with exception of large appliances (fridges, freestanding ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers). Curb-side delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.† This service does not include setup or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

Such items, as well as any gas appliances, will be delivered, but require a certified tradesman to complete the installation.

Due to circumstances that are out of our control that are caused by the COVID-19 context, the delays to receive your appliances might be longer than usual and the delivery date of your order might be rescheduled.
*Free haul away only applies to major appliances.
**There are some locations that Lowe’s is unable to deliver to due to geographical or logistical circumstances. Please contact your local store for details.
***For deliveries outside 50 km radius, additional charges of $1 per km may apply. Maximum delivery radius will not exceed 100 km. Road tolls, ferry tolls, cabinet orders exceeding 20 units, and/or pallet charges may also be required before delivery.
† Online Exclusive major appliances will be delivered to the curbside only - due to weight restrictions.
