As we want to help you in your project and keep you safe during these unprecedent times, our service providers were duly trained to put in place strict health and safety measures.
A daily service provider health survey
Each service provider must confirm the health status of their crews daily before going to any Lowe’s Canada job site or store by having each crew member answer to a survey. If a service provider answers NO to any questions or fails to complete the survey, the service provider won't be allowed to access any Lowe’s Canada job site and/or any other of its facilities.
A pre-service call
Our service providers will call you prior to performing any installation works at your home. We kindly ask for your cooperation in answering all their questions to the best of your knowledge. We also ask for your cooperation in following all local public health authorities guidelines and recommendations, including but not limited to social distancing rules, when installers are performing works at your home. Given recent events, if there are any reasons for which you feel the need to change the date of your installation appointment, we will be happy to reschedule.
A customer job site safety protocol
For interior job site, our service providers will gladly complete your installation while minimizing their presence in your home and while maintaining appropriate social distancing and other other health and safety measures.
For all exterior job sites, our service providers will gladly complete your installation without entering your home unless necessary, while maintaining appropriate social distancing and other health and safety measures.
Personal protection equipment
The service providers will wear the appropriate personal protection equipment including facial coverings mask, gloves, safety glasses or safety screen and boot covers, in addition to any other requirements prescribed by Federal and Provincial health and safety authorities and continue to respect social distancing rules.
Again, and more than ever, we are asking for your cooporation to follow all local health authorities’ guidelines and recommandations, such as social distancing rules as installers will be performing works in your home.
