« A special Treat for mom» Contest

Contest Period: from May 7, 2022 at 8:00 a.m., to May 7, 2022, at 12:00 p.m.. Only legal residents of Ontario who are at least the legal age of majority at the time of entry are eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is jointly organized by Lowe's Companies Canada, ULC and Lowe's 220 Limited Partnership (collectively the "Organizer").

To participate, the participant must simply visit a Participating store (as defined below) within the Contest Period and be one of the first 100 eligible participants to claim a prize (the “Winners”). 

There are ONE HUNDRED (100) prizes to be won per Participating stores. The Organizer shall not be required to award more prizes than provided for above for any reason. Each prize consists of a mini garneding kit with an estimated value of TWENTY dollars ($20.00).

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants to visit any Participating stores during the Contest Period. Limit of one entry per person, for all Participating stores, for the Contest Period. Employees of the Organizer, its representatives, agents and persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest. The prizes will be directly remitted to the Winners as they claim them at a Participating store. In order to be declared a winner of a prize, the participant must be one of the first 100 eligible participants to claim a prize at a Participating store during the Contest Period.

The Organizer and their affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages arising in connection with the Contest or as a result of the awarding of a prize. By entering the Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that they release the Organizer, its suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize, except to the extent that the liability arises out of the Organizer’s own act or the act of its representatives. This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.
