It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I’m so excited to share our Christmas tablescape with the Lowe’s Canada Snowed In collection. Their beautiful Holiday Living Cloche Ornament with White LED snow globe inspired me to create a winter wonderland on our dining table. I wanted to create a compelling tablescape that was more beautiful the longer you admired it. It was very easy to create this look because of all the detailed ornaments that are available at Lowe’s!
I started my miniature village with an unconventional table runner, a blanket of faux snow to set the scene. Next, I added Christmas picks as my forest ground. There is a fantastic selection of Christmas picks that could work for any colour scheme. For this tablescape, I chose a frosted pine with some acorns sprinkled in. Then I integrated some cranberry sugar beads to add in a touch of red.

From there I slowly built my miniature village with the help of the beautiful ornaments I found at Lowe’s. I was really spoiled for choice, but I stuck with the classic colour palette of green, red, and white.

I nestled village houses into the snow and cradled my globe ornaments into the pine leaves. I also placed bottle bristle trees into the scenery. I especially like this set of trees because they came in a big package of 21 in a variety of sizes! Then, I scattered birch candles down the table to replicate a forest. I love how it added texture and realism to my tablescape. But the piece de resistance is the classic red truck with the lit up Christmas tree that really brings home this cozy scene.

After I set up my village tablescape, I weaved LED battery operated twinkle lights into my winter wonderland. I really enjoy how the light reflects off the mercury glass candles and beautiful pinecones, adding an extra touch of sparkle and warmth.

I took the opportunity to showcase the LED lit globe ornaments by placing one on each dinner guest’s plate because it was the piece that inspired this year’s table decor. It is so detailed and delicate, and I really wanted it to shine on its own. They also light up, so they look fantastic on their own!
After the tablescape I wanted to dress my walls in the dining room. I decided to hang three window wreaths. I really like these ones in particular because they came decorated with a flocked garland and built in LED lights! They also come with clothes line and clothes pins, so you can personalize them with Christmas cards, family photos or ornaments!

I tied in the tablescape and the feature wall together with some adorable mitten garlands. The red mittens and the red truck centerpiece really worked together to make the entire scene cohesive and festive.

I am so pleased to have worked with Lowe’s Canada on this Christmas season to create this tablescape. They have so many lovely choices of Christmas decorations that would fit any home and aesthetic. Their Reindeer Games collection offers a classic vibe while their Snowed In collection is a great mix of traditional elements and modern sensibilities and the First Frost collection is perfect for a sophisticated and softer look.

I love how everything turned out! All the Christmas decorations at Lowe’s Canada are beautiful. They work together so well to create an inviting and festive atmosphere. I can’t wait to start entertaining and celebrating with my family and friends in this space.
