Add the Bloody Hand Prints!
Find a wood pallet or create a pallet-like structure by nailing panels of wood together. Make sure it can stand upright! Set up a space outside with a tarp – it will get messy!
Use red paint to create bloody hand prints across the pallet. Get creative and add drips of paint or load up a paint brush and splatter across the pallet! Add as much or as little blood as you want.

Hang the Cobwebs

Get Creative with Caution Tape
Wrap caution tape around the pallet. You can wrap it all the way across, only cover a portion or leave it partially hanging, depending on how you want your finished product to look! Get creative – you can even rip parts of the tape or add more blood to it to make it look like the zombies have started to tear their way through.
Tip: Use packing tape to hold the caution tape in place!

Zombify Your Pallet

Add the Chain & Lock

Complete the Spooky Scene
Complete you zombie gate with spooky add-ons like animatronic skulls and skeletons, or creepy crawly spiders, and ghosts. Add as many or as few as you’d like to create the perfect haunted gate look for your yard.
Happy Halloween!
