Love it!
By from Texas, USA on May 19, 2016
My husband and I are getting ready to remodel a second bathroom using this tile. I am very thankful that I did not read the reviews on this product before the first remodeled. If I had…I probably would not have made the purchase the first time, but I am very happy that I did. Our bathroom turned out beautiful. We had a contractor do the tile installation on the first bathroom with no complaints or the tile issues that I am reading about here.

Terrible product
By from Orleans on Mar 06, 2016
Recently installed this tile in my entrance, bathroom, hall, laundry room and kitchen. I am so discouraged after that work and money. They were hard to cut, easy to chip, a lot of waste. They always look dirty. I have tried everything. You spend over an hour washing them on your hands and knees and as soon as someone walks on them you see foot prints. Hate these tiles very much. :( Very sad we chose these, now we are stuck with them. Definitely do not recommend.

Hard to Cut
By from Alliston Ontario on Feb 20, 2016
Avid Do-It-Yourselfer
I would agree with some of the other reviews that this tile is particularly difficult to cut. I have worked with about a dozen other porcelain tile brands and this tile was the most difficult I have used. Score cutters impossible to make a clean cut. Not one attempt worked without breaking the tile. Even a high end bench mounted diamond wet saw resulted in many broken tiles for thinner cuts; blade a little old perhaps. The only workable option was a brand new diamond wheel in an angle grinder. Still, cuts less than 3” strips often needed 2 tries and the glazing chipped along the cut. Good luck. Nice looking tile though with good dust hiding and non slip finish.

I don''t get all the bad reviews
By from FL on Feb 15, 2016
My wife was very hesitant about purchasing these tiles because of all the bad reviews online. In the end we decided to go with this tile and am glad we did. Neither of us had ever used a wet saw before, nor tiled, and after attending Youtube university we set nearly 700 square feet over the course of a weekend and only broke one tile... because we dropped off a table on concrete. Maybe we got lucky and ended up with some different kind of tile, but we were incredibly inexperienced and if we can do it anyone should be able to do it. I recommend you go get a new saw blade for your wet saw you borrowed from your buddy and make the floor look nice. We''ve since put down Silverado grout which looks great, too.

Good looking tile for the price
By from Herndon, VA on Feb 05, 2016
I got this tile because it looked identical to a higher end tile I liked. It looks great once installed. They are a nice warm light grey/greige tone. I used TEC sanded grout in color "silverado", and the color blends very well with these tiles. I will say, however, that I had to purchase 2 extra boxes (double what I needed) to weed through all the tiles that had flaws. They do seem to chip easily (before installation), but hopefully hold up well now that they''re installed. Some tiles also had black flecks or raised bumps, or the edges/surface just wasn''t as smooth as others, so I had to weed through the boxes to find the good ones. I didn''t have trouble with color variation in the four boxes I bought, as some reported, but I was careful when choosing boxes to avoid this issue. Some people complained about the lines in the tile that go opposite of the grain in the pattern. This bothered me at first too when first inspecting the tiles, but it''s just part of the design, and once I had them on the floor, it was much less noticeable and doesn''t detract from the look in my opinion. I cannot speak to ease of installation as I had them placed by professionals, but they did not report any issues.

Don''t buy this tile
By from Ukiah, CA 95482, USA on Jan 05, 2016
This family of tiles looks great and is inexpensive but the quality is very poor. Out of 112 - 12 x 24" tiles, I had to return 41 due to chipped corners. I bought the tile in sealed boxes to avoid purchasing rejects. In addition to the chipped corners, the tiles are also inconsistent sizes. This makes the tile installation very difficult, especially for a stacked pattern on the shower walls. In addition, the matching bullnose tile was not the same length as the 12 x 24" tile. This made it very difficult to match up the two sides of the tiles. My tile contractor said this was the most difficult tile he had ever used. Save yourself and your installer a lot of headache, time, and work - don''t get this tile. This is the second time in 3 years I have used the tile and the quality has not improved. It''s also a big hassle lugging in the chipped tiles to return - they are very heavy.

Great Master Bedroom Makeover
By from Simpsonville, SC, USA on Dec 15, 2015
Our tile installer had a little trouble cutting nice clean cuts on this tile because it was chippy on the edges. Overall we have been using it for 2 months now. No chips and it is holding up great. Hides dust and looks great.

Im very happy with how this tile turned out
By from U.P. of Michigan on Nov 16, 2015
I was pretty worried when reading about the reviews saying this tile would shatter whenever you tried to cut it. I am a DIY''er, and have only helped lay tile once about a decade ago. I borrowed a professional tile saw from a friend (a Falker Tile Master), and bought a diamond blade for my angle grinder for cuts that one couldnt do. I will say, I did not break a single tile. Not cutting out the toilet hole, or for a vent in the middle of the floor that required a "C" shaped cut out of the tile. So my worries were unfounded. Perhaps they had a bad batch. Or maybe they tried to rush their cuts. DO NOT RUSH YOUR CUTS! Let the blade do the work. Take your time! That being said, the tiles seemed to be pretty flat (all tile will have a bow in it, (some worse than others), but I didnt have any issues. Style wise, the pics on the website just do not do them justice. They are a really beautiful pattern that looks natural(ish). By that I mean, they look like poured concrete, not natural stone. But there''s a lot of variation in the tiles. So far I''ve only done the bathroom floor, in a mixture of 12x24s, and 6x24s. We''ll also be doing the shower soon. But Im attaching a pic of the completed floor. All in all, Im extremely pleased with the tile.
