Our price match policy provides customers with the best value for quality products at a low price. We will match the price of our competitors, plus an additional 10 percent, in-store and online.

Price Match for Retail Stores*

We guarantee our everyday competitive prices. If you find a lower every day or advertised price on an identical in-stock item (brand, size, model number) currently offered at any local retail competitor's store or website (including shipping, handling and fees, if applicable), we will match their price and beat it by 10 percent upon request.

Price Match for Online Only Websites

If you find an identical item for less at a Canadian online only website, we will match their price and beat it by 10 percent (including shipping, handling and fees, if applicable).

When shopping in our stores, just show us confirmation of the price that you have found for less from a local competitor via flyer, print-out, or smartphone to show us a complete URL (web address) of the product page on the competitor's website.

  • Your full name and phone number.
  • The complete URL (web address) of product page on the competitor's website.
  • Details of the product name, brand, and model.
  • Details of the price difference (including shipping, handling, and other fees, if applicable).
Our goal is to provide everyday low prices on all of the items we sell. In order to do so, we partner with local manufacturers wherever possible to bring you the lowest prices. As a result, prices for identical items may vary based on local costs.

The Fine Print

*For competitor percent-off sales, we'll match the final net price the competitor is offering.

  • Competitors' prices must be in Canadian dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as import fees and shipping.

  • Lowe’s will match prices of all banners of Lowe’s Canada including, Rona, Reno-Depot, Ace, Dick’s Lumber, including prices of local independent Rona dealers, subject to the terms and conditions. 
  • Lowe's reserves the right to verify the lower price prior to sale. 
  • Limited to reasonable quantities for homeowner and one-house order quantities for cash and carry contractors. 
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery. 
  • The item must be of the identical brand and model. 
  • The item must be new and factory-sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada. 
  • The item must be sold by an authorized dealer located in Canada.

  • Lowe's promo codes are applied to Lowe's product prices and are not applicable in combination with the price match policy.

 

No-Hassle Return Policy: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it along with your original sales receipt to any Lowe's store in Canada within ninety (90) days** of purchase. We'll either repair it, replace it, refund your money, or credit your account.

Clearance: Clearance discounts are specific to each product and apply only to items indicated as "clearance." Clearance pricing cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promo codes. Discount cannot be applied to past purchases. Clearance items are available while supplies last. Stock will vary by individual store. Other restrictions may apply. 

Recently Purchased Items: If an item was originally purchased at a higher price than is currently advertised at Lowe's or at a retail competitor within 30 days after original purchase, the customer may receive the new lower price. Same exclusions apply as per our price match policy.

**30 Days for Outdoor Power Equipment, Major Appliances, and Furniture.
Outdoor power equipment, major appliances, and furniture purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt, with the original receipt. Outdoor power equipment includes mowers, chain saws, generators, pressure washers, and more. Major appliances include refrigerators 9 cubic feet or larger, washing machines, dryers, range hoods, and more. Lowe's will repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price based on the original method of payment. Furniture includes bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining room furniture, bar furniture, entertainment furniture, and more.

Products must be unused in order to receive a refund. Items still covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be repaired at no cost to the customer. Repairs not covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer. 


Custom Products
No returns. Any product that has been cut or mixed cannot be returned. Any custom SOS products like doors, windows, window treatments cannot be returned.
