Types of Frigidaire Refrigerators

  • Stainless steel French door fridge

    French Door

Refrigerators with French doors allow you to easily access food at a comfortable height without having to strain your back to get into the crisper drawers. They're also energy efficient because you can keep one door closed and limit "cold air spill", helping your fridge reduce the amount of work it takes to cool itself back to an optimal temperature.

  • Stainless steel freezer top fridge

    Top Freezer

Top freezer refrigerators maximize the amount of usable storage (especially width), even if they are slightly narrower than other types of refrigerators. They also tend to be the most affordable and energy-efficient of all refrigerator types, making them an attractive option in the kitchen.

  • Stainless steel freezerless fridge

    Freezerless

If you rarely use frozen foods and/or mostly store a lot of fresh foods, freezerless refrigerators are an ideal option because of how much storage space is available. Because there's no freezer, these refrigerators have the required space for storing large dishes and platters. This type can be used as a secondary or backup refrigerator, such as storing items for parties or gatherings.

  • Stainless steel fridge with side by side doors

    Side-by-Side

Side-by-side refrigerators are great at saving space, with smaller doors that need less space to swing open. It's also much easier to keep track of food in the freezer because the shelves extend full-width, making items quicker to find.

Always the right fit:  Induction plates heat where you need it by automatically adjusting to the size of your cookware.

Types of Cooking Appliances

  • Stainless steel electric range

    Electric Ranges

With electric ranges, there is a reduced risk of fire hazard and no chance at all of a gas leak. They are also better at maintaining a low temperature more precisely and far more affordable to install than their gas counterparts.

  • Gas range

    Gas Ranges

Get instant heat and better cooktop control with a gas range, which allows you to rapidly change the temperature to whatever you need. Utilities are usually cheaper with gas than with electricity, and if the power goes out, you can still prepare food.

  • Wall oven

    Wall Ovens

Wall ovens are easier to get to than traditional ovens, saving you the trouble of kneeling, bending, or crouching with hot dishes in hand. Another big benefit is going with a double wall oven, which gives you far more space and flexibility than a traditional range.

  • Black smooth surface electric cooktop

    Cooktops

Customize the look and feel of your oven with a new cooktop, whether it's a smooth surface electric, gas burner, or traditional coil cooktop. With a wide variety of styles, types, and prices, there's a cooktop for every stove.

  • Microwave

    Microwaves

If you need to thaw or heat food quickly, efficiently, and precisely, microwaves are perfect for the job. They also use less energy than traditional ovens and stoves, and don't store heat to make the kitchen even hotter.

  • Wall mounted range hood

    Range Hoods

Range hoods are designed to remove gases, odours, heat, and steam that result during the cooking process, leaving your kitchen clean and comfortable to work in. They can also add property value to your home because it's a feature many home-buyers have on their "must have" list.

With a built-in dishwasher, you have dedicated plumbing to do the job quickly and efficiently and can still use the faucet at the same time with no problems. You also don't have to figure out new floor space each time you want to use it. And with many models coming with additional options and cycles, you can maximize your dishwasher's effectiveness.

  • Stainless steel dishwasher

    Compact

If your kitchen is more on the space-saving side, a compact dishwasher is the perfect addition. They're narrower and require less room, but still operate with the same efficiency and power as their larger counterparts. If the dishwasher is compact enough, you might even have a bit of space left over under the cabinet, which could make for an extra storage cupboard for thin, narrow items.

  • Black portable dishwasher

    Portable

With no special plumbing installation required (except for a faucet adapter), portable dishwashers are ideal for apartments or constant moving. All that's required is a bit of floor space for it during its cycle, and it runs the way a regular dishwasher does. Portable dishwashers also a bit more counter space and can work in just about any home, no matter its age.

With a selection this wide, finding the perfect freezer for your home has never been easier.

Types of Freezers

  • Stainless steel freezer

    Upright

One of the biggest selling features of upright freezers is being able to store and organize contents in a superior way. With various shelves and drawers, you can arrange frozen goods in a way that's easy to see and access. Upright freezers also take up little floor space, allowing you to fit it into most kitchens.

  • White freezer chest

    Chest

Because chest freezers open from the top, they're able to keep cold air inside better than upright freezers, and are therefore more energy-efficient. They're also great at storing large, bulky, or oddly-shaped items. Take into account that you'll be needing to bend over frequently to reach into the freezer.

  • Stainless steel convertible freezer

    Convertible

With just the push of a button, you can turn a refrigerator into a freezer and back again. Convertible freezers work by switching the cooling system based on your needs, allowing you to store frozen items or perishables with excellent temperature control and energy efficiency.

  • Stainless steel freezer

    18.6 cu. ft.

With a total capacity of 16.8 cubic feet, these freezers can hold quite a bit of food (one cu. ft. can hold about 35 pounds of food), making them perfect for stocking up on items you'll be using frequently. A Power-On indicator light lets you know the freezer is working as expected, and the Frost-Free operation lets you skip the hassle of manually defrosting the freezer periodically.

Frigidaire

Frigidaire is an American brand of consumer and commercial appliances. It was founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1916 as the Guardian Frigerator Company, and just two years later, William C. Durant, a founder of General Motors, personally invested in the company and it adopted the name Frigidaire in 1919. Since then, Frigidaire has made several notable achievements in the industry, including the first electric self-contained refrigerator (1918), the first home freezer, the first room air conditioner, the first 30 in. electric range, and coordinated colours for home appliances.
