My Story

Jose F., Sales Specialist - Millwork, Kingston, ON

I have three words to describe my employment satisfaction at Lowe's. RESPECT, RECOGNITION and REWARDING.

Lowe's recently opened in my town and was my first choice for employment. Lowe's showed a lot of RESPECT me, and decided to give me an opportunity.

I was hired as a peak employee and then the REWARD came not too far after with compliments from all levels of management and from my co-workers. An opening in the Millwork Department gave me a chance that really showcased my skills as an experienced installer of windows, doors and siding and helped me provide solutions to my customers and build relationships. Lowe's is an excellent company that values its employees.

To finalize, I truly enjoy working for this great company that I call my second family.

I have recently taken a new opportunity of Assistant Store Manager of Administration. I am looking forward to this new journey and to continue growing as a leader.
