Store Management

Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales and presentation of various specialty items, demonstrating unequalled product knowledge and a customer-focused attitude. With over 18 specialty product categories, we offer plenty of possibilities and opportunities no matter what your particular expertise and experience may be.

Pro Associates

As a Pro, you will be responsible for the sales and presentation within the Lawn & Landscape, Rough Electrical or Rough Plumbing departments. The Pro is unique to Lowe's and is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your practical knowledge of these complex products. Your ability to identify our customer's complete project needs and customer-focused attitude in these specialized areas of our business will make a large difference in one customer experience.


Customer Service Associates

Over six decades ago, Lowe's began as a small hardware store. The philosophy was simple: to deliver helpful service and ensure customers always felt welcomed. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for carrying on this tradition, ensuring exceptional customer experiences with every interaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact, and embody Lowe's dedication to quality service. If you have a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help people, we want to meet you.
