Worked good for a while but now it does not perform the cleaning needed. The items on the top shelf never clean actually they come out with dirt from the washing process! Horrible!

Great dishwasher
By from California, USA on Nov 01, 2015
This dishwasher is great. It is quiet. Gets the dishes very clean. Very easy to install yourself. Love the controls on the front instead of them hiding. Love the count down time to let me know how much time is left. Great price for a great dishwasher!

Nothing but trouble
By from San Francisco, CA, USA on Oct 26, 2015
First dishwasher I''ve ever actually bought new so I thought I''d go with the most recommended brand Bosch. It doesn''t clean dishes well, and takes 2hrs to do a cycle. Any other option to take less time leaves the dishes dirty. The filter becomes blocked after only 4 weeks of usage, resulting in an error code. Another problem E27 error code required something else unblocking. Now I''m getting an H02 error code that is apparently caused by overheating / bad design. It''s only ~3 months old and has given me more trouble than every other dishwasher I''ve ever used in my life. I want my money back and want this piece of junk replaced! Do not buy this dishwasher!

Overall, very happy
By from Ohio on Oct 24, 2015
All things considered, I really like my new dishwasher. It''s got a sleek look, despite controls being on the outside and it''s easy to get to know. My only gripe is that maneuvering the bottom rack takes some getting used to and I''ve had a problem twice now with a certain well-known brand of detergent tabs not completely dissolving. I''m experimenting with wash modes to see if that is the culprit. If so, the thing is really, really smart then, because that means it "knows" that much detergent isn''t needed. I had to purchase a quiet dishwasher because in my new home, I have an open concept and I did *not* want to know my dishwasher was on when in use. I hit the jackpot with that. The thing is ultra quiet. I agree with some others who noted in their reviews that they had to check to see if it was actually running the cycle. Yes, I''ve put my ear down to it a couple of times. I had my dishwasher installed by Lowe''s, so if you''re considering that, a few notes: If you''re handy, do it yourself. The fee is far too much if you are. If you''re not, pay up and leave it to the pros. The installers weren''t the neatest guys, but I''ve already addressed that with the store. So, my advice: Keep a close eye on them. If you want a value dishwasher that is ultra quiet and has a good racking system with stainless steel inside, this is your bet as you can''t beat the price.

We got a lemon, put the kabosh on Bosch for us
By from Chicago, IL, USA on Oct 19, 2015
My partner and I purchased this dishwasher -based on it being a CR Best Buy. First off the tines were spaced really awkwardly-close together. The capacity was affected-did not fit in as many dishes as the more standard tines. Every day we used it our dishes came out less clean with more and more food debris stuck on them. Sometimes the soap tab appeared half dissolved, as if the soap door had not opened till end of the cycle. We thought it was the soap and tried a different brand, with the same result. .. finally after 1 month we realized it was a lemon. Glad we bought it at Lowes because they allowed us to return it for a different brand! Great customer service.

Casual Do-It-Yourselfer
Just over one year old... e24 error, won''t drain...water pump fail... cost about as much to buy a new dishwasher than fix... check youtube, 600,000 views on e24 error code... tells you something about its quality...

Door keeps opening
By from Edmonton Alberta on Oct 13, 2015
Casual Do-It-Yourselfer
Washer is quiet and cleans well but the door started opening and then not closing properly after a few weeks. Had to push a bench up to door and prop with a weight to keep door closed so it would run. Bosch sent the repair guy out 4 times trying various fixes - none of which worked. A lot of time wasted being at home waiting for the repairman. Don''t buy this - cheap and flimsy parts and poor design!

Good for the price but not great
By from Golden, CO, USA on Oct 06, 2015
Bought this machine to replace an old machine. Installation was straight forward and relatively easy. It cleans well and is very quiet, cycles are adequate. Quality is price point appropriate. However, two problems surfaced immediately. 1) The door latch is a poor design. The door catch is a spring-loaded device that must be in the open position for the door to latch when closed. The catch never worked right. The catch would stay closed when the door was opened so the door would not latch when closed. The catch had to be manually opened with a pair of pliers while the door was open so that the door would latch when closed. This was a MAJOR inconvenience. 2) The rack system did not fit our dish loading requirements. Cookie sheets and cutting boards did not fit well on the bottom rack. Bulky pans and bowls did not fit well either. They took up too much room leaving less room for things that did fit well, like plates. Large coffee cups and glasses did not fit well on the upper rack and most of our wine glasses had to be placed on the bottom rack because they were too tall. The silverware holder was decent but didn''t really fit our silverware conveniently. We returned this product.
