REQUEST FOR A RETURN
Access your order via the Returns page. Once the order summary page appears, the link to make a return will be displayed at the top right of your screen.
FOR INQUIRIES RELATED TO PRICE MATCH/PRICE GUARANTEE
Complete the contact information fields. In the message field, enter your online order number.
- Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email titled: "We have received your order."
- Add as much information as you can in the message field, including the competitor web address with the item for which you are requesting a Price Match, to allow us to process your request.
