If you choose Parcel Shipping as your shipping method, your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider who will offer order tracking service. This service will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.
When your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation containing a tracking confirmation number.

If your home or job site is within 100km of a Lowe's Store and the item requested is available at your local Lowe's store, you can choose to have it delivered to you by a Lowe's truck. This option is helpful with items too large or heavy for you to transport on your own.

Delivery rates are determined by the delivery address' distance from the store, rather than by the item weight.
We will generally contact you within 1 to 2 days to schedule your delivery.
Delivery service to most areas is available to our customers seven days a week during normal store hours. Due to limited storage capacity we require you take delivery within 30 days of your purchase.
Curb side delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
All Lowe's truck deliveries are curb side only with exception of large appliances (fridges, freestanding ranges, dishwashers, washers and dryers).

Such items will be delivered, but require a certified tradesman to complete the installation.
Roofing shingles cannot be delivered to rooftop.

For your protection, orders can only be released to the customer who placed the order. We cannot allow anyone to pick up an order on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you pick up your item(s) within 4 days of purchase. If this is not possible, please contact your local Lowe's store. If your item(s) are not picked up, they will be refunded and placed back onto the shelf.
Special Order Express refers to products that are not stocked in every store but have inventory available in our warehouse. If your selected store does not have inventory of the product, it will be shipped to your selected store directly from our warehouse. These products state "Available online and in your selected store through Special Order Express" and have extended timelines for shipping which are noted on the product pages next to the fulfillment logos such as:

Once it has arrived at your selected store, depending on which method of fulfillment you select when you place your order it will either be delivered to your home (standard delivery charges apply and you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date) or available for you to pick up (you will be notified by email that the product has arrived). Estimated timelines for the product to arrive at your selected store vary depending on your location:
