*A Project Window is established when an initial purchase of $1,000 or more is made with a Lowe's® Project CardSM. All purchases made during the six month purchase period after the Project Window begins will be included in the Project Window, and during this six month period, no finance charges are assessed and no payments are required for those purchases. After the six month period ends, payments will be required and finance charges will begin to be assessed for that Project Window. AIR tier will be assigned after Account is opened.  AIR for first Project Window will be one of the following fixed rates: Tier 1: 9.99%, Tier 2: 11.99%, Tier 3: 14.99%, Tier 4: 16.99% or Tier 5: 18.99% if: (i) first purchase is made within 60 days after account is opened and (ii) the variable AIR by corresponding tier is not lower when the account is opened, otherwise, such variable AIR will apply.
