Don''t buy this tile unless you have a wet saw
By from Florida on Mar 25, 2015
I had 5 boxes of this stuff - it won''t score and cut on a tile saw - it shatters. Tried cutting it with a diamond tip grinder wheel - it shattered. The only way to cut this tile is with a wet saw. I''ve never seen tile shatter as easily as this stuff. Be careful too - it shatters into super sharp shards.

This Tile CANNOT BE CUT!!!!!
By from Columbia, TN, USA on Mar 13, 2015
This is the worst product I have ever seen in a porcelain tile. I purchased this tile for a small bathroom floor and hired a contractor with 30 years experience in laying tile. The tile laid down just fine as long as there were no cuts to be made. The contractor finally managed to cut enough tiles in half to lay most of the floor until he got to the floor vent. He tried three different saws - hand tile saw (both wet and dry) and a wet tile table saw - to make these cuts. The tiles all shattered. Even Lowe''s couldn''t cut it in a straight line without shattering it. The vendor''s customer service representatives stated, " you cannot cut this tile except in half. you cannot cut a round hole or a hole in the center of the tile because it will lose it''s integrity." There is NOTHING on the box that states this. It is floor tile, it should by its nature be able to be cut. I had to pay to have the already laid floor removed and a new porcelain tile re-installed. The new tile was cut in the exact same fashion and there were no issues cutting the new porcelain tile. BEWARE - Do not buy this product unless you want to cost yourself money and a large headache.

Good product for the price
By from PA on Dec 13, 2014
Important to get all tile for your project from the same batch. Make sure that your tile saw has a new blade and it is cutting from above instead of from below. The tile are somewhat fragile and chips easy during installation. Once installed they look like a million bucks. Really good product for the price.

Love the outcome
By from Charleston, SC, USA on Aug 09, 2014
We purchased this tile for our kitchen and guest bathroom floor. After reading the reviews, I made sure that the amount of tile we needed was from the same "lot" as most people suggested. We had it professionally installed, so I cannot comment on the easy of cutting and installing. The installers didn''t seem to run into any issues from what I observed during installation. We went with "warm gray" grout color and I''m thrilled with the final result (grout also from lowes). I would highly recommend this tile for an updated and modern look.

Tiles Do Not Match!
By from New Mexico on Jul 23, 2014
Installed these tiles in a bath renovation. They looked fine until the contractor got to approxiamtely 6 feet up, then the color changed drastically - light to dark! What would have been a nice bathroom renovation is now ruined. If you plan to use these tiles, buy them all at once and then check them for the color match before installing!

worst tile ever
By from lexington, KY on May 09, 2014
This tile was selected by my contractor and me. I reminded my contractor that there were a few reviews that stated the tile was prone to chipping. My contractor should have refused to use after he started. He could not get a clean cut, instead he slapped the poorly cut tile on the walls. My bathroom looks like a drunk was cutting and laying. Contractor was awful but tile was just as bad. Had another contractor come in and told me complete gut was only way to fix. He tried cutting and said tile was difficult.

Beautiful Tile
By from Kansas City on Mar 08, 2014
Beautiful tile. Since I''m a bit of perfectionist, I''ll mention that the tile was nicked in a couple places during install, which I think I can remedy with a marker. I''m not sure if most people would even notice it. If the color was solid throughout the tile, the white little nicks in the tile would show less. These nicks are maybe the size of a sharpened pencil point, and cannot be seen unless laying on the floor. This isn''t the least expensive porcelain tile, but the design was the nicest for the price point. It does not etch or stain like marble or limestone, which is the ultimate reason why we chose porcelain over a natural stone. I''d describe the tile as neutral, but not plain. We are happy with tile and are installing it in 2 other bathrooms in our home. Since installing the tile, I''ve seen it featured on a house bloggers sites, like ThriftyDecorChick. We used Kera Color-S warm gray grout from Lowe''s. My particular Lowe''s location didn''t carry the matching caulk in-store. The attached photo shows that we haven''t caulked the joints yet.
