Nice upgrade
By Lowe's Guest from NY on Aug 16, 2013
We were putting in a new vanity to go with the new wall tile, so finding this nice faucet on clearance allowed us to put in a much nicer one than budgeted. I did toss the rubber washer that was provided for nut on the drain. All it wanted to do is bind and bunch up. I subbed a plastic one for a smooth install.

No real beef!
By Lowe's Guest from Bay Area, CA, USA on Jun 16, 2013
No reel beef with the product itself. Solid design, great finish. I just wish it had a swivel faucet. Other than that, I l love it.

Great purchase
By Lowe's Guest from Wilmington, MA, USA on Nov 06, 2012
This faucet is a good quality and nice looking too. The price was very reasonable and it was easy to install. Overall, I would recommend it to a friend or anyone who was looking to purchase a faucet for their bathroom.

By wdubois682 from Rock Hill, NY, USA on Nov 26, 2011
I bought this faucet for my guest bathroom and it was easy to install and looks great. After I installed this new faucet in my bathroom we also noticed an increase in water pressure. Great prodcut and the instructions for installation where easy to follow.

Cannot be repaired
By Stancie from Louisville, KY on Sep 02, 2011
I installed this faucet in October of 2009 and now have purchased it''s replacement. I was hesistant to purchase it because I had had concerns about quality but liked the looks and the color combination went perfectly in my bathroom. Installation was okay but difficult to get pop-up to work correctly. Within a year and a half, it became very difficult to get cold water on and even more difficult to get it off. Even following instructions found it impossible to get faucet handle off to work on it. Entire handle must be removed and I found it impossible even with padded pliers. Very poor design as all faucets eventually need to be reseated and this thing is pretty impossible to work on due to the handle design. Really should not have had any problem this soon after purchase.

Love it!
By jksaj from Ohio on Jun 16, 2011
I am a home stager and redesigner. I personally have 1 of the 4 inch and 3 of the 8 inch installed in my home. They update the look of an old sink instantly! The height of the faucet allows you to wash your hands higher in the sink standing rather than having to place them down in the sink under the lower faucets bending over. No installation problems and no lever problems either. Highly recommend. If you have any problems, take back to Lowes immediately. They always satisfy their consumers!

1 out of 2 ain''t bad (until re-install/replace)
By Mack from on Apr 10, 2011
We bought 2 of these units, although the installation was fairly strightforward and the look is a nice one, there are a couple of issues: (1) the stop lever flops around because of loose linkages as noted by other reviewers on the two. This is a nuisance and poor design, but not a show stopper. (2) on one of the faucets, the cold-side handle has gone really ''tight"... so tight the whole fixture moves when trying to open/shut the handle. The nickel piece under the handle, normally stationary, now also mores with the handle. This happened a year after install.

Pick up a different stopper assembly
By Tom from South Jersey on Mar 09, 2011
The faucet is very nice looking. So far I have had no issues with faucet operation. The stopper assembly, on the other hand, is unusable at best. I put everything together for the faucet in minutes. Easy as pie, looks good, and works well. I then tried to assemble the stopper. I fought with the plunger lever for about 15 minutes. I had a very hard time getting the placement right and even when I finally did, it was incredibly sloppy to operate. The lever connects to a spring loaded arm. The spring loaded connection is flimsy and unreliable. Why would you need a quick connect connection in a plunger arm? Do that many people really connect and disconnect it that much to warrant a spring loaded connection? Onward to disaster! I made the rest of my connections for the drain and tested it out. I was getting a leak. The leak was coming from the plunger arm connection to the drain. I tried disassembling and reassembling the connection with no luck. I ended up having to scrap the whole drain system and put in one from the hardware store. If you like the look of the sink, get a different drainage assembly before you start the project.
