MY STORY
Matthew C. – Department Manager"When I first applied for Lowe's I thought of it as being "just another job", but that attitude didn't last very long. From my humble beginnings as a part-time delivery associate I have been given the opportunity to grow and try my hand in several different positions, similarly to the company's expansion in Canada. Lowe's recognizes this personal development and has put its trust in me to help set up each of our Alberta stores. While the locations may change, it's the people inside of the four walls that make each store feel like home. Being able to build strong connections with fellow employee’s, our "internal customers", has helped me translate these skills to the customer who walks in through our doors.
I fully believe that Lowe's tagline of "Never Stop Improving" applies to more than just the customer's project!"
