Casual Do-It-Yourselfer
First one right out of the box did not work. Returned to Loews was given a replacement. Burned out 3 months after 2 year warrenty ran out, repair price $260.00. Scrapped it, will not buy another one. Very dissatisfied. Was only used to reheat food for 2 people.
